    Not overly thrilled with my first experience. Minimal to nil communication from accountant about how their system works and what information they needed after 5 minute phone appointment. Met 2 reception staff and both not friendly.

    Luke has completed our returns for the past three years and his service is always professional, prompt and thorough. He makes sure we don’t forget any deductions, reminding me of the little things I sometimes forget. We have moved from the Sunshine Coast, but continue to use Luke via email because of the excellent service.
