  I read the previous reviews and asked around, that guy retired and doesn’t work there anymore. This is my favourite car and dog wash on the coast. Great value for money, every thing is kept clean and tidy, and the laser wash is great, they are the only ones who get my wheels clean and pay attention to detail. Since I have been going there I found the staff to be very polite and friendly.

  Worst customer service EVER from the man that works there!! Definitely needs to learn that it's not hard to speak to people decently, looking forward to the new carwash at bli bli to open so I'll never have to use this establishment again, everyone I know has had the same experience !

  The automatic car wash itself is good. One day i came back from double island and was washing my trailer in the manual section and i ran out of change. I went to the atm and it was slow. The old guy marched over to me and started yelling at me in my face poking his chest out like he was about to fight me. Serious customer service issues.

  I have never, in my entire life been spoken to by a sales assistant like I was at this establishment today. 
  The rudest person - will never return. 
  I would rate less than one star if possible - not sure how small business can stay viable when staff speak
  to customers as I was spoken to.
